Not Yet a Member?

1. To be eligible to join Beta Alpha Psi you must meet the following requirements.
• Have a minimum 3.0 major GPA.
• Either have a minimum 3.0 overall GPA OR a minimum 3.25 GPA on your last 30 hours.
• Must have completed at least one 3000-level major course or 7000-level equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or MIS.
2. Attend Orientation (Mandatory).
• Orientation is on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at 7:00 PM at the UH Hilton's Plaza Room. Snacks and drinks will be served.
• Alternate orientation is on Friday, September 4, 2009 at 2:00 PM in the Pacific Room at the UC Underground.
3. Turn in the following during the Application Collection times.
• Membership Application (DOWNLOAD PDF) - See our Application Collection Schedule
• PeopleSoft print-out of all your grades (Go to http://my.uh.edu > Academic Records > View Unofficial Transcript)
• A one-time pledge fee of $85 (We accept cash, PayPal, check, or money order paid to Beta Alpha Psi)
4. Accumulate 700 points during the semester.

Points accumulation includes participation in various professional meetings, community service, and social events. There will be plenty of fun and engaging events to help you fulfil your points requirement!

Already a Member?

As a member of Beta Alpha Psi, you already know the benefits of staying active. Members must meet the following requirements.

1. Turn in the following during the Application Collection times.
• Membership Application (DOWNLOAD PDF) - See our Application Collection Schedule
• Membership fee of $40 (We accept cash, PayPal, check, or money order paid to Beta Alpha Psi)
2. Accumulate 500 points during the semester.

Points accumulation includes participation in various professional meetings, community service, and social events. There will be plenty of fun and engaging events to help you fulfil your points requirement!

Application Collection Schedule

We are accepting membership applications and dues until Friday, September 25th. After these listed dates and times, you may turn in applications and dues to officers at other BAP events, including fundraisers and professional meetings.
